INSPECTION SERVICES
Certified Wind Mitigation Inspector.
Specializing in Wind Mitigation Inspections for the Insurance Industry and Homeowners. Save up to 45% on your Homeowners Policy. GTE Inspection Services can inspect your single-family home or townhome and document hurricane-resistant features that already exist on your home and help your receive credits that you may not be receiving.
Palm Beach and Broward Counties Fee: $150
Also providing Roof Strap Verification Inspections, required for Residential Roofing Projects in South Florida where the value of the home exceeds $300,000. GTE Inspection Services will provide an inspection of existing roof straps and provide you with an affidavit as required by Fla. Statute Section 553.844 so that you can move forward with your roofing projects.
Palm Beach and Broward Counties Fee: $250
In addition to these services, GTE Builders can provide estimates for strengthening your home against future hurricanes. Services can include new windows, doors, shutters, gable end bracing, and additional roof strapping.
